Select a two-week period to survey your frontline employees, while a company representative completes our questionnaire.
STEP 2: FLC Team Reviews Your Company Responses
Our team will review and analyze your frontline employee, managers, and company responses to our proprietary assessment.
STEP 3: Personalized Company Report & Certification Results
Once our internal review is finished your company will receive a detailed, robust report that summarizes how you scored across our dimensions along with actionable steps to address any management or human resource gaps.
