Here’s our process.
STEP 1: Start And Complete Our Survey
Select a three-four week period to survey your frontline employees, while a company representative completes our questionnaire.
STEP 2: Review and Analyze Assessment Data
Our team will review all employees, managers, and company responses to determine whether your company meets the criteria.
STEP 3: Certification Decision
If you meet the criteria, your company officially becomes Frontline Friendly℠ Certified. Use our badge to promote your exceptional frontline employee experience.
