How Do You Earn Our Certification?

The process is simple and can take as little as 3 weeks!

STEP 1: We Gather Honest Feedback from Your Employees

Select a two-week period for us to gather feedback from your frontline employees. Surveys are anonymous and electronic (paper and Spanish versions available).

STEP 2: We Analyze their Responses and Calculate a Score

Our team analyzes employee responses and calculates your Frontline Friendly℠ Workplace Score.

STEP 3: You Receive Certification Decision and Workplace Insights

You’ll receive our Workplace Insights Report, highlighting your strength and improvement areas. If your Frontline Friendly℠ Workplace score is 60 or above, you’ll also be awarded our certification!
